Start to finish was a great experience. I am new to the area and was relying on reviews. I called to make an appointment and was met with a truly professional person that totally exceeded my expectations by offering me an appointment next day due to them having a cancellation. I always dread the paperwork involved with going to a new Dentist or Doctor, however, this was a breeze. All of the paperwork and documents were requested online and it was finished before I walked in the door. A+ for technology. Moving on to the appointment, I was taken in within minutes of arrival. The dental assistant, Hillary, was extremely informative and professional. In comes the Hygienist, Shannon, who did an incredibly cleaning. And finally Dr. Alaniz... He was kind, personable, thorough and informative. I could not have asked for a better experience... And, to be honest I was totally dreading the appointment, knowing that they would likely try to upsell me on services. It did not happen which I do understand is unusual for many practices these days. Oh, and BTW, they were extremely clear about their pricing, both before and during my appointment.

I am very happy with the time and care that was given to me . Dr. Alaniz helped me with making a decision that was difficult for me. I’m glad I chose Aline’s dental group.

This was my first time coming here. My husband and I were looking for a home dental office after moving to Haslet, TX. I've been to quite a few dentists as we've moved around a lot previously due to military, but I would 10/10 recommend this office. The staff was great, we didn't wait a long time in the waiting room, and overall our experience was amazing as was the dental care.

I recently returned to this office after my insurance coverage switched back to a PPO. I’ve never had a disappointing experience in this office. Everyone is demonstrably committed to making my visits as comfortable as possible. I understand their recommendations, have an opportunity to ask clarifying questions, and I always know what’s coming next. While I don’t have a dental phobia, I am an anxious patient despite having had a lot of work done in my lifetime due to having soft enamel since birth. Because I’ve had great and poor care in other offices and have needed a lot of work in my lifetime, I set the bar very high for a dental office. Alaniz Dental Group clearly cares about clearing that bar when I visit, which I appreciate.
