The office is super friendly and very kind. I always appreciate Dr Alaniz. I believe that his patients have a good customer experience because his staff is having a good employee experience. Emily did my teeth cleaning at 7am. It seemed like she genuinely enjoyed what she was doing and the atmosphere. I’m more than happy to drive the distance I do because it is a pleasant experience.

I broke a tooth and I called the office & even though I was a new customer, his welcoming staff got me right in and took very good care of me! Dr. Alaniz was a consummate professional but still friendly; he explained what damage was done to the tooth, what my options were and the fees for each, which made my decision clear and easy. The procedure was pain free and expertly applied and I’m ecstatic with the results. Every aspect of the visit was positive; the office was clean, everyone was friendly, professional, and it was a completely safe environment. I’m so lucky to have found such an outstanding dentist and I am eager to recommend him to others.

Woke up with a tooth ache and they got me in right away! The gal taking my xrays was so gentle and kind, made the whole experience better! Confidence in the care I’ve received and would highly recommend this office!

I have got to give Dr. Alaniz and his staff without a doubt, my 10-year opinion. I first learned about Dr Alaniz back in 2014. Never experienced a bad visit in all the years that I’ve been there, I have failing teeth which just runs in my family genes. Going to Dr. Alanis with his expertise in dentistry knowledge helped guide me to a better smile and to chew the food I like. He designed and made some removable metal partial denture’s top and bottom. I have had them for about 6 years and no problems at all. I have had fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and cleanings all went well. Thanks to Dr. Alaniz and the Staff, for 10 years of great service and care for their patients keeps me going back as long as I have teeth. They will certainly make anybody’s visit, a very comfortable experience, Adult or Child.

Dr. Alaniz has been my dentist for many years, and I have had a wonderful experience every time! All of the staff is so kind and they’ve cured my fear of going to the dentist! They care for their patients so well and I make the hour plus drive even after moving away because I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my dental care anytime soon.

New hygienist was great. Very thorough. Dr. gives great suggestions and opinions. This is and has been one of my favorite dental offices. No longer in network with my insurance provider, but I’m not going anywhere. And I’ve lived in a lot of places and visited a lot of dental offices so I have a lot to compare with….

My first visit to Alaniz Dental Group was very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend getting a good cleaning with Helen. She was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable.

I love coming to the office. Not only for the professional cleaning but the staff. I moved an hour away and will continue to commute to Dr Alaniz’s office. Everyone is friendly and they truly take the time to listen and address any issues, and address them timely. I highly suggest if you’re looking for a dentist or not happy with your current one that you call them for an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Alaniz and his office staff are all amazing. I highly recommend my friends and family to go see Dr Alanis for treatment. My whole family goes here for all their treatments. They make you feel like family not just a patient.

This is my second year with Dr. Alaniz/Alaniz Dental Group. I had my annual checkup/cleaning today. My overall experience was very good. I ended up having the same dental hygienist I had in August 2023 and she did a very good job. I understood in August, when scheduling this appt., she wouldn't be available. But realized as my appt. went on her schedule must have changed. This time I accepted the offer of a hot towel after my cleaning was finished: very nice to wipe my face and hands. Thinking more about it, I may well have been offered a hot towel during my first two appts. and possibly refused: not sure. Dr. Alaniz reviewed my x-rays, checked my teeth, and nothing further was needed. Dr. Alaniz spent a few extra minutes with me which reinforced his desire to connect with his patients. The only feedback I would have is that I would prefer paying before going out the door back into the waiting room: as I did during my first two visits; more secure and private.

Always have good experience with Dr. Alaniz and his staff! Very accommodating, professional and pleasant. I would recommend this dental group anytime!

The team at the Alaniz Dental Group is always kind , professional and prompt. They they good care of me abs my family and value our time while they do it. We have been patients for 12 years and look forward to many more year to come.

I had issues with a silver crown. Some one suggested I call. Called and they got me in the next day. Where I’m from that doesn’t happen and if it does you’re in the office all day. I went in at 8 and was done by noon. Pulled the old crown, had a new one made and put on in that time. Awesome staff which took care of me while the new crown was being made. They even turned off the lights and gave me a blanket. Overall the best service and Dr Alaniz was very helpful, efficient and a very pleasant guy. If I move down here he will be my dentist. Can’t go wrong.

Dr Alaniz and staff are amazing! I was worked in for my chipped tooth and from the front desk to the back - staff was courteous and very efficient. I highly recommend for all your dental needs.
